From the opening of our very first location in Uptown in 2013, to our growing family of eateries around town, we’ve made it our mission to serve only intentionally-sourced, chef-inspired, scratch-prepared creations that are both nourishing and delicious. We make food that makes you feel good, inside and out and serve it up fresh in a welcoming environment that instantly makes you feel at home. Our Story

Chef and restaurateur Mary Nguyen is no stranger to serving her Denver neighbors unique dishes, inspired by her love for savory food made fresh.

Mary’s goal has always been to make fine dining both fast and affordable, and do it in a casual setting without compromising on quality or taste. Chef Mary is a firm believer in the mantra: “you are what you eat”. At Olive & Finch all our recipes are lovingly prepared from scratch with only the freshest, wholesome ingredients. Because good food is thoughtful food, we strive to create delight with every sip and bite.

Equitable Pay

There is a 7.5% surcharge applied to every check. This surcharge is used to allow us to not only pay our teams competitive wages but also maintain sustainability within the hospitality industry.  We know many people will ask, “Why don’t you just raise your prices? Our response is that we are, in fact, raising our prices, albeit in a more specifically calculated way that will allow us to remain competitive in the marketplace.  For small hospitality businesses that don’t want to sacrifice craft or integrity in order to serve the communities they love, we believe this is a fair, effective, and sustainable approach.  Our hope is that by making compensation more equitable, we are cultivating a team of employees that feel valued and respected.
